Went in to remove my gel nails had the worst experience of my life. i go here quite often to get my nails done and the staff are super sweet super polite it's pretty close by home so I do come here often been to a few other places but this place is my favourite! Take note that they weren't even that busy and also had the time to chit chat with each other while I'm there trying to make my feet not numb. The price is decent and they take walk-ins which is great for someone like me who always forgets to make appointments until it's too late. (I can't do it because my hand nails just finished getting polished that time).

Went here today and was disappointed with the pedicure I received.There was a scuff on one of my nails which I didn't notice until i was ready to put my sandals on. I've gone there in the mornings, afternoon, and late-afternoons. It was clearly not gel- despite being charged for it!!

After taking off the gel polish on top of my acrylics she began to take this metal took and plow it under the acrylic and began lifting it in a way that made my nails break in many areas, on top of all this, it was $10 for a removal.
